Mayhem Portal
Everything about your project in one place. Every client gets Mayhem Portal. It is the same application I run my projects in, and you see your part of it: requests, time, invoices and your site's numbers.
What it does.
Overview
running projects, open tasks, requests awaiting approval and the month's hours on the first screen.
Requests
write what you need. Bigger work comes with a quote you approve or reject.
Hours worked
a timesheet of the work on your projects for whatever period you pick.
Invoices
issued invoices for work and plans, linked with Fakturoid.
Site statistics
how the site does in Google search and how fast it loads, from Search Console and PageSpeed.
Chat
a direct line to me, images included. I reply on working days.
Site content
where it makes sense, you edit articles and page copy yourself.
How it works.
- When the project starts I create your account and send you the sign-in.
- Requests and questions go into the portal rather than e‑mail, so nothing gets lost.
- You see the hours as soon as I log them, and invoices and site statistics come in on their own. No need to ask.
In the works
Mayhem Commerce
The platform I will build e‑shops on. Mayhem Commerce is an e‑shop back office with an API. I design and build the storefront to measure, and the catalogue, orders, documents and feeds will run in an admin I develop myself.
The platform is still in development. If you are planning an e‑shop, write to me and we will see whether it is a fit.
What it does.
Catalogue
products with prices, parameters and media, a category tree, customer group prices and time-limited sales.
Orders
states from receipt to dispatch, manual orders, item edits with recalculation and printed delivery notes.
Returns and complaints
with a credit note and the returned goods put back in stock.
Documents
invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes as PDF.
XML feeds
for Heureka, Zboží.cz and Google Merchant.
Storefront API
the shop's website reads the catalogue and availability from it and sends orders. The server always recalculates prices and VAT.
Translations
the catalogue and feeds in other languages.
How it works.
- We go through what you sell and what the shop has to talk to.
- I design and build the storefront to measure, connected to the Storefront API.
- You then run the catalogue, orders and documents in the Mayhem Commerce admin.
