What it involves.
A website is not finished at launch. I watch updates, performance and security, handle small changes and steady improvements. You run the business, I run the website.
Care is mostly about somebody watching the site when you are not. Updates, backups, certificates, outages. None of it shows until it is neglected, and then it costs several times what a monthly plan would have.
The other part is edits. Most requests are small, but in an agency they queue behind the big jobs. Here the time is agreed in advance, so your turn actually comes.

What is in the monthly plan?
Updates, backups, uptime monitoring and an agreed number of hours for edits. Unused hours carry over to the following month at most. Work beyond the plan is billed at the hourly rate of CZK 800/h and always agreed in advance.
Does the site have to be one of yours?
No. I take over sites built by somebody else. The conditions are access to the site, the hosting and the domain, and that the site can be maintained at all. If it cannot, I will say so straight away.
How quickly do you respond?
Ordinary requests within 24 hours. An outage is a different category and is dealt with as soon as I know about it.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. When it ends you get the access, the data and anything in progress. The site is yours. Care is a service, not a lock.
